General objectives

  • Understand the reality of women in contexts of social vulnerability and learn the strategies they implement to overcome and transform their situations.

  • Develop training and awareness-raising proposals that lead to greater social awareness of the situations of greater vulnerability experienced by some women.

  • Carry out actions to transfer and disseminate the results obtained from ongoing research, as well as contribute to various national and international conferences.

  • Contribute to the eradication of gender-based violence during pregnancy. Study the obstacles and facilitators to women's autonomy and well-being in relation to cesarean delivery.
