GREM organizes the seminar Qualitative Research with AI, delivered by Lluís Ballester

On Tuesday, December 16, the seminar Qualitative Research with AI organized by GREM was held. It was delivered by Lluís Ballester, PhD in Sociology from the UAB and in Philosophy from the UIB, and professor of Research Methods at the University of the Balearic Islands. During the seminar, the different challenges arising from the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in qualitative research were addressed, presenting advantages and possible applications from an ethical perspective.

The seminar had a considerable attendance that filled the Sanvisens Classroom of the Department of Theory and History of Education. Over the course of four hours, it included a series of applications and programs that employ GAI, recommended by Ballester for qualitative research.
